TOURNAMENT TEAM INFORMATION

Competitive club basketball for experienced players

1 - 90 minute team practice on a set day and the 2nd training is an hour long of all skill work.  The practice day will be set in advance and the skill day set in 3 week blocks.

Separate teams for grades 3 through High School (While space available)

Starts week of March 10 and runs through Mid May

Grades 3 - High School

• 1 - 90 minute team practice per week including skill development and controlled game play each week
• 1 - 60 minute skills training per week
• Paid Coach
• 5-6 - 1 day tournaments (Grades 3rd - HS)
• And One 

Tournament Team  - $725

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

And One does not charge a "tryout" fee like other programs as ultimately most players will be placed on a team.  If you are a new player, contact us to setup a 30 minute skills evaluation to be placed on an appropriate team.
