• 1 - 90 minute team practice per week including skill development and controlled game play each week
• **NEW** - additional 2nd day of group training for tournament team members.  1 hour of skill development

• Flexible team scheduling to work with teams consisting of multi-sport players

• 4/5 Local 1-day tournaments -LOTS OF FLEXIBILITY FOR THE MULTI SPORT ATHLETE!

High Volume Skill Workouts to Prepare for Winter Tryouts - Grades 4th - HS

• 4 - 1 hour 15 minute skill sessions to help the serious player prepare for winter tryouts
• led by High School experienced coaches
• Separate sessions for Boys and Girls
• All workouts are designed to prepare players for the winter.  Workouts will be intense!
• Held on Sunday mornings 9/11, 9/18, 10/2, 10/9
