Fall Programs

Tryout Date and Times:

August 26 - Livingston High School Aux Gym

• Grade 2 - 4:30 pm
• Grades 4, 5, 6 - 5:30 pm
• Grades 7 - 8 - 6:30 pm
• HS - TBA

Following tryouts, all players will be placed on the And One Select, or And One Tournament team. 

**Both teams will be playing in tournaments and the team designates the level of tournaments that team will be playing in.

And One Team Members receive:   

• And One Player Pack (Shooting Shirt, Car Magnet, Drawstring Bag)
• 90 minute team practice per week including controlled game play and team skill work
• 60 minute skills sessions solely focused on individual skill development
• 5-6 local one-day tournaments (Grades 3-12) Select teams may be in 2 day regional events

Starts first week of September and runs through Mid November
