FALL AAU BASKETBALL PROGRAM

And One Team Members receive:

90 minute team practice per week including controlled game play and team skill work
60 minute skills sessions solely focused on individual skill development
5 local one-day tournaments (Grades 3-12) or Hoop Heaven League Participation - 8 games plus playoffs.

Starts third week of March and runs through third week of May

Youth Classes

Join one of our pre-determined times or start your own group at a day and time of your choosing

**Private group dates and times are filling up quickly so if there is a day and time you prefer outside of what is listed below, get your group together and reach out!

Cost: $265

Looking for a little more than just classes on the youth level???? Contact us for more information on our "hybird" program which adds some competitive game-play to the above classes and training sessions.

Winter rec League in livingston

Livingston Senior Youth and Leisure Services in cooperation with AND ONE Basketball Club is offering a 9 week basketball program for boys and girls in Grades K - 3.

Features:

2 weeks of clinics led by local high school/college coaches and players
7 weeks instructional league/game play - 15 minute of skills, 45 minutes of gameplay
Reversible jersey

Grades 1 - 3

Dates: Dec. 4, 11, 18 / Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29 / Feb. 5
All sessions run for 1 hour

GIRLS PROGRAM:

1st grade: 12-2 pm at Collins Elementary School
2nd grade: 2-4 pm at Collins Elementary School
3rd grade: 2-4 pm at Livingston High School

BOYS PROGRAM:

1st grade: 12-2 pm at Burnet Hill Elementary School
2nd grade: 2-4 pm at Burnet Hill Elementary School
3rd grade: 2-4 pm at Livingston High School

KINDERGARTEN BOYS AND GIRLS PROGRAM: 8 WEEKS

Both instruction and controlled game play

GIRLS: 12 - 1 pm at Collins Elementary School

BOYS: 12 - 4 pm at Monmouth Community Center Gym (25 Monmouth Court, Livingston)

Private/semi-private training

PRIVATE LESSONS

Hire an And One coach to be your son or daughters personal basketball trainer this Fall!

Training packages consist of 8 sessions scheduled based on your requests. (As time slots last) We strongly recommend at least 2 sessions per week to enhance the development of the targeted skills. Once registration is complete, the selected coach will communicate with the parents to schedule sessions based on each players availability. Training locations can be arranged indoors, outdoors, or at your home!

Pricing:

Pricing is dependent on the trainer that you select. For individual 1 on 1 training, prices range from $450 - $550 for the 8 session packages. Prices increase if booking "1 off" sessions.

**Participants may train together in groups of 2 – 3. Please contact info@andonehoops.com for a specific coach's group rate.

Includes:· 8 sessions of 1 hour of skill specific training focused on improvement from start to finish, or schedule 1 session at a time.
